At Armaghan Foundation our goal is to support the hard work of Afghans seeking education and of Afghan artists in preserving our diverse cultural heritage.  We believe that social values are bettered as a whole when we work to maintain and grow education and art.

Our Mission

Armaghan Foundation is a non-profit foundation established by Dr. Mohammad Humayon Qayoumi, President Emeritus and Tenured Professor, San Jose State University, and his wife Mrs. Najia Karim M.Ed., R.D. in August 2017, in California. 

Armaghan Foundation’s mission is to assist underprivileged Afghan students with educational opportunities and to promote and enhance Afghan cultural values by supporting Afghan artists and poets.
